3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) but may be converted into local currencies.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • A €6 restocking fee per item applies unless restricted by local laws.
  • Refunds are issued as a LadyVo e-gift card (excluding shipping fees).

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 4 hours after placement.
  • A 5% processing fee applies to cancellations.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by international consumer laws and the laws of the customer's country.
